Kellen is a married man to a woman named, Janelle Winslow. The couple tied the knots on 15th June 2006 and have two adorable kids named, Jane Maximus Winslow and Juliana Arielle Winslow. In 2017, wife and father of Kellen Winslow Jr. pleaded that he was innocent of sexual assault charges in a joint statement. Kellen Winslow Jr. sent to prison for two counts of Lewd Conduct in Carlsbad, California. Before the rape charges, Kellen was going through charges of kidnapping and requested for $2 million bails in July. Although he got temporary freedom, he got accused of multiple incidents like lewd conduct with a senior woman. As per San Diego Union-Turbine on 13 February 2019, an older woman, 77, Winslow started touching himself in front of the women and asked if she liked it.

Also on 22nd February, the same woman was in a tub, and Winslow appeared just wearing a towel and tried to approach her. At first, he pleaded not guilty however the judge revoked his bail and sentenced him to jail. Additionally, Winslow is waiting for trials for previous allegations of rape of two women and another woman accused of him raping when she was 17.


In high school, Kellen Winslow II played football for Scripps Ranch High School. II played college football on the Miami Hurricanes football team. In the 2004 NFL draft, II was chosen number 6 in round 1.
