JT Money (real name – Jeffrey Thompkins) is an American rapper best known as a member of the rap group Poison Clan.
He was born on September 14, 1972, in Miami, Florida, USA.
In 1990, JT and Debonaire signed to Luke Records (an American record label formed in 1985 by Luther Campbell) as the hip-hop group Poison Clan.
In the same year, Poison Clan released the debut album entitled – ”2 Low Life Muthas.”
The album featured guest appearances from Tony MF Rock and Brother Marquis. It reached number 42 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.

After the release of this album, his Poison Clan group mate Debonaire left the group.
