Jack was raised by his parents in a small town in Wisconsin, with an older brother named Mason and a sister called Kelsey. Even though he is a very popular person online, he avoids talking about personal matters, and therefore not much is known about his family or his early years – his mother is said to be a teacher in a local high school.
Jack didn’t share much about his education with the public either – after he matriculated from Edgerton High School, he decided to focus on his online appearance and career, rather than go after a college degree. Career
Jack’s career began on the same day that he launched his Vine account, on 24 November 2013 – Vine was a website on which you could upload your funny videos and people would follow you and watch them, so could easily be compared to YouTube.
It didn’t take him long to gather a large number of followers – he had more than 1.8 million people watching his videos, and he was collaborating with some very popular names including Grayson Dolan and Ethan Dolan, however, Vine was shut down to new business early in 2017, but Jack remained active on other social media platforms such as Instagram and Twitter.
He launched his Twitter account in January 2012 and has so far gathered over 600,000 followers and tweeted nearly 3,500 times. His Instagram account is followed by around 800,000 people but he’s only uploaded 25 pictures so far – there is a Facebook page of Jack as well, but it is only followed by around 1,200 fans.
