Bonner Bolton Net Worth 2020 – Bonner Bolton is a professional bull rider and fashion model. He was also a contender in the 24th season of Dancing With the Stars with fellow star Sharna Burgess as a partner on the show.

He emerged as World Champion title winner in the 2007 Championship Bull Riding competition.

Biography

Bonner was born on June 1, 1987, to former Rodeo cowboy father, Toya Bolton and Sally Bolton in Odessa, Texas. Toya who prepared Bonner for a career in professional bull riding himself won the George Paul Memorial in 1991. Bonner went on to win the Findlay Toyota World Champion title Championship bull riding (CBR) competition in 2007 at the age of 20.

Over a career spanning 14 years, he competed in several competitions including the 2015 Professional Bull Riders(PBR) Built Ford Tough Series World finals in which he came fourth place.

He was the only one of four professional bull riders to successfully make an eight-second ride on now-deceased PBR top bull Rango as the stunt double for Scott Eastwood in the movie The Longest Ride. This is no mean feat as, throughout Rango’s career, there were only twelve qualified rides out of seventy-five attempts. He also won the Las Vegas (2011) and Hobbs (2013) championships.

Education

Talking about his education, Bolton received his education from Odessa College and Texas Tech University through bull riding scholarships.

Career

Bolton joined the junior rodeo when he was 10 years old. He won his first bull riding world title at age 20. Additionally, he spent 14 years of bull riding.

Bolton qualified for the CBR world championship finals five times, from 2007 through 2011. Furthermore, he won the World Championship in 2007. Later, in 2011, he won the Las Vegas championship and in 2013, he won the Hobbs championship.

Bolton won the Findlay Toyota World Championship Bull Riding World Champion title at the South Point Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 2007.

He made his first appearance on that year’s CBR season tour in 2013. He competed on the PBR circuit from 2007 through 2016. In addition, he competed in the Velocity Tour event at the Yakima Valley Sundome in Yakima Washington on February 14–15, 2015. Later, he sustained a sprained right MCL.

Apart from his bull riding career, Bolton also played Scott Eastwood’s double in the movie ‘ The Longest Ride’. Additionally,  WME | IMG signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Professional Bull Riders, Inc. (PBR), the elite organization in bull riding around the world on April 15, 2015.

Eventually, on May 19, 2016, IMG Models signed Bonner Bolton to a global modeling contract. Recently, Bolton appeared in the 24th season of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ however he was eliminated, coming in 5th place.
