By the age of eight, she joined an acting class in Denver called the Hollywood Showcase Denver.

AnnaSophia Robb was born on December 8, 1993, in Denver, Colorado, to her mother, Janet who is an interior designer, and father, David Robb who is an architect.

She spent most of her childhood in Colorado. She is of Danish, English, Irish, Scottish, and Swedish descent and is of White ethnicity.

Robb is of American nationality. She grew up in a home that followed Christianity and was home-schooled.

In 2009, Arapahoe Herald reported she was attending Arapahoe High School Centennial, Colorado from where she eventually graduated in 2012.

In the same year, she announced that she has been admitted to Stanford University but that she was deferring acceptance due to filming commitments.

While it’s known that Robb is the daughter of Janet and David Robb, it is not known who her siblings are. This has left many assuming she’s the only child of her parents.

As mentioned in the introduction, Robb took an interest in acting and began acting from an early age. Her first performance was at her church stage, before an audience of about 500 individuals.
