Andre 3000 was born Andre Lauren Benjamin to Sharon Benjamin-Hodo and Lawrence Harvey Walker on the 27th of May, 1975 in Atlanta, Georgia.
His father was a collections agent while his mother, who single-handedly raised him, sold real estate.
Andre and his mother lived in different cities; Atlanta, East Point, and Bankhead, all across Georgia. This means that he attended different schools in all those cities.
